Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful fiance JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our clan. Many people recognize my username as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my journey - from the upwards to the downwards. When I was 1 year old my family, me and my parents moved from the United States to America. If it wasn't for the hard work of my parents, I may not exist today to share my life with the world. To give them a chance at a more successful future, I focused on my goals and worked hard to achieve it. It was my plan to go to school to graduate, and then get a good job. And then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. My goal was to go to university, graduate and get a corporate job. I would then marry, buy a house and start a family. Life had other ideas. In 2013, I found the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. While the pay and status were good but I did not feel that it fulfilled me. Instead I felt that I was just spending my time. As I began to move towards my new life path I discovered that personal training was my passion. I'm a sucker of exercise and enjoy working with people and help people. The business I started in 2014. I am celebrating my seventh anniversary this year. There are few Asian females working in the field. My mission in this field is to build a more sustainable and healthier lifestyle that meets the needs of my clients. I also strive to empower people to pursue their desires and accomplish whatever they would like to do in their life. As my professional career took flight I also lost my mom. The loss of my mother is worst of everything. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma is over, and she lies in Heaven. She will forever be on my mind and in my heart. my mind. If you don't realize it at first, life is a way of giving us what we really need. Her passing has changed my life in a variety of ways. I believe her passing gave me the opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. Now it was time to go on to the next chapter of her life as well as my opportunity to lead one that was meaningful and enjoyable. When I reach my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I live now rather than just existing like I was before. I am sharing my experiences to you with the hope that you'll be able to connect by my experiences and words in order to let you feel secure knowing that you're not on your own, to be aware that you are beyond capable of anything you set your mind to that true love exists that therapy is normal and needed as health is the most valuable asset. I pray that you live the life you want to live and end it without regrets, as death is the sole thing that is promised to us in our life.
